Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Warranty Coverage
Instruments:
- Duration: 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. If an instrument fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the instrument at no charge.
Electrodes and Probes:
- Duration: 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. If electrodes or probes fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no charge.
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear or consumable parts.
- Any incidental or consequential damages.
3. Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via (tech@aksoinstruments.com) with your proof of purchase, the serial number of the meter, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
- Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions for returning the defective product.
- Evaluation: Once we receive the product, our team will evaluate it and determine if it is covered under warranty.
- Resolution: If the product is covered, we will repair or replace it and return it to you at no cost.
