As well as having a modern design and an adjustable backlit display, the Max line meters have a date, time and internal memory for recording measurements, with the possibility of downloading the data to a computer via USB connection, eliminating transcription errors and ensures greater traceability and compliance.

The MAX line meters have 4 different language settings to choose from (English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese), making them extremely versatile and easy to understand. In addition, the MAX meters allow user and sample ID to be selected and can be used both in the field and Laboratory, as they can be powered either via a 9V battery or via USB.

AK410 MAX Turbidity meter performs digital readout measurements quickly and efficiently using the EPA 180.1 method.

  • Turbidity is one of the most important parameters used to determine the quality of water in various applications, including drinking water, Food and beverage and Environmental.
  • Turbidity of water is an optical property that causes the scattering and absorption of light.
  • The scattering of light passing through a liquid is mainly caused by the suspended solids present.
  • The greater the turbidity, the greater the amount of scattered light.
