Max Food - Portable pH Meter for Food
Portable pH, ORP and temperature meter for semi-solid samples such as dairy, sauces, jams and creams in food and industrial applications.
The AK111 Max Food was developed to make pH measurement easier in semi solid and viscous samples. It is suitable for cheese, yogurt, cream, dough, sauces, jams, processed foods, and cosmetics.
With an electrode designed for products of different consistencies, the AK111 allows pH checks directly in the sample and helps quality teams obtain results where the analysis is needed.
The AK111 uses a combined Ag/AgCl electrode designed for semi solid and viscous products. Its shape supports direct contact with samples that may be difficult to measure with a conventional electrode.
This makes routine pH checks faster and reduces the number of preparation steps before measurement.
The porous PTFE junction has a low adhesion surface that helps reduce the buildup of proteins, fats, pigments, and other residues.
This supports a consistent electrode response during frequent measurements in food and cosmetic products and helps reduce interruptions caused by junction blockage.

The AK111 supports calibration with USA and NIST standards in acidic, neutral, and alkaline ranges. This allows the instrument to be adjusted according to the pH range that is most important for each application.
The electrode performance indicator helps users check the electrode during calibration and identify possible changes before measurements begin.
Sample temperature can affect electrode response. The AK111 offers automatic or manual temperature compensation from 0 to 80 °C to account for this variation during measurement.
This makes it easier to analyze products at different temperatures and reduces the need for manual corrections during routine use.
The backlight display shows pH and temperature at the same time, making results easy to read under different lighting conditions. The stability indicator helps users identify when the result is ready to be recorded, while the HOLD function keeps the value on the display for convenient viewing.
The internal memory stores up to 100 results, allowing previous measurements to be reviewed directly on the instrument.

The universal BNC connector allows the electrode to be replaced when necessary without replacing the entire meter. It also allows compatible electrodes to be selected according to the application.
With the optional AK1010 electrode, sold separately, the AK111 can also measure oxidation reduction potential, expanding its use in different testing routines.
With IP65 protection, battery operation, and a portable design, the AK111 can be used in laboratories, production areas, and different quality control points.
This gives users greater freedom to perform measurements close to the process without depending on a bench meter.
The AK111 comes with a storage and carrying case, an electrode for semi solid samples with an integrated temperature sensor, pH 4, 7, and 10 calibration solutions, and KCl solution for electrode storage.
The complete set keeps the instrument and accessories organized and protected, with the main items required for calibration, measurement, transport, and electrode care already included.
With an electrode designed for semi solid products, a porous PTFE junction, calibration at up to three points, and practical features for checking measurement stability, the AK111 Max Food provides a reliable solution for pH measurement in food and cosmetics.
The result is a faster and more organized testing routine, even when working with products of different consistencies.

Replacement parts, calibration solutions, and maintenance supplies for the AK111.
Regular cleaning ensures measurement accuracy and extends electrode life. Follow this procedure periodically.
Prepare a small beaker with electrode cleaning solution (pepsin)
Leave the electrode tip immersed in the solution for 30 minutes
Rinse the electrode in distilled water
Remove excess water using a soft paper towel
Store the electrode in KCl 3M potassium chloride solution for 1 hour
Your tester is now ready for calibration — always use fresh calibration solutions
